About the role:
As a Product Owner, you'll take charge of prioritizing the backlog, writing epic, and user stories, and working with Product Managers and Development teams to build and take products to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team. Prioritize the product backlog based on alignment with company goals, business value, customer needs, and feedback. Gather and document product requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment of expectations and feedback. Collaborate with the development team to plan and schedule releases, taking into account dependencies and resource availability. Participate in sprint planning meetings, setting goals and defining the scope of work for each iteration. Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations. Continuously gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to iterate on the product and make necessary adjustments. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the success of the product, making informed decisions to minimize potential negative impacts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team, promoting experimentation, learning, and adaptation to changing circumstances.
