You Are:
Lead all BI solution development activities by Serving as the voice of the customer in the development of data products or services oriented to the improvement of the area. Represents needs and priorities to prioritize and manage the backlog of projects and tasks. Also negotiates with area leaders to manage expectations, while incorporating business area feedback to guide continuous product improvement.
The opportunity:
· Guide in all stages of product development to the team in charge, user story development, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization, participating in all agile ceremonies.
· Understand the needs of the business end users to match the developed solutions to these needs.
· Work with stakeholders from functional and technical areas to develop and document user stories.
· Participate in sprint planning to determine team objectives while prioritizing and managing the backlog of tasks.
· Lead value delivery sessions to business users.
· Analyze feedback from business users in order to develop increasingly accurate acceptance criteria oriented to customer needs and expectations.
· Lead the construction of data solutions, supporting products and services by managing people in multidisciplinary teams (tech, data, other product areas, etc.), high technical knowledge, business and financial understanding and communication with Product Managers product owners and related international teams.
· Coordinate the delivery of developments through the release of solutions and features that meet or exceed the expectations of the business or consuming products so that the stories are acceptable and finalized.
· Possess a cross-company vision for decision making to support products, according to business objectives and overall company focus to deliver a cadence of value generation for the customer based on a product vision enabling end-to-end solutions.
· Challenge and redesign processes that are touched by the product.

What you need:
· Education: Completed University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Projects.
· Certifications: Agile, SCRUM, Product Owner
· Language: English B2
