Full Time Contract Title: Product Owner/CRM Specialist Location: Hybrid Hato Rey, PR Length of Contract: One year Position Description: This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Product Owner with a deep focus on CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365. The Product Owner will drive the development and optimization of CRM-related products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to customers. Primary Responsibilities
+ Product Innovation and Launch: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring innovative and successful products.
+ Agile Team Leadership: Serving as a liaison between the operations team and the Agile development team, fostering collaboration and communication.
+ Business Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
+ Product Backlog Management: Defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and efficient development.
+ Agile Team Facilitation: Guiding and supporting the Agile team in following Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering a collaborative environment.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Representing the team to external stakeholders, leaders, and other teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
+ Product Strategy and Vision: Defining the product vision, goals, and roadmap, and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
+ Team Development and Collaboration: Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting individual growth, and promoting teamwork.
Qualifications
+ Agile Team Experience: Having at least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment shows practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and team dynamics.
+ Product Owner Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner showcases a solid understanding of product ownership responsibilities, including backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
+ Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with the healthcare industry's unique challenges, regulations, and workflows is crucial for successful product development in this domain.
+ CRM System Experience: Ability with a CRM system, especially Dynamics 365, is essential for managing customer relationships, gathering feedback, and understanding market needs.
+ ERP System Experience: Experience with an ERP system, preferably Dynamics 365, is beneficial for understanding business processes, data management, and integration points.
+ Agile Tools Experience: Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is necessary for efficient project management, task tracking, and collaboration within Agile teams.
+ UX Strategy and Design: A strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to create customer-centric solutions are essential for designing products that meet user needs and driving adoption.
Education & Certifications
+ BS in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent IT work experience
+ Certified SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus
