**What You'll Be Doing**
You’ll be joining CIBC’s ECRM Enablement team, responsible for delivering enhancements to optimize frontline productivity and growth, aligned to CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap. Reporting to the Director, Product Delivery, Salesforce the Product Owner will lead small and medium end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

**How You'll Succeed**
+ **Create and** **maintain** **a prioritized Product Backlog -** work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements. Working with Stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements, and define delivery priority taking into consideration strategic alignment, scope and complexity.
+ **Drive user stories & product requirement creation ** – support product team in the development of product feature and user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, UX design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team.
+ **Work with and drive alignment with stakeholders** – assist product team in ensuring that we are delivering the right initiatives at the right time and keeping our stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life cycle. Understand and support the team in managing competing needs & priorities.
+ **Identify & document key processes and procedures –** working closely with the product team and key stakeholders, serve as process subject matter expert for the assigned product, projects, and/or initiatives.
+ **Leading and Mentoring** – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
