We are united in our goal to build the future of healthcare technology. Join us. The Product Owner owns, maintains, and prioritizes the product backlog for the scrum team. They share the product vision and works closely with Product Manager, Development Lead, and Scrum Master to ensure the team delivers value to the business. They define solutions for required product features, eliciting, and documenting requirements, performing required impact/workflow analysis (use cases, user story mapping, etc.) and observing the user interface design with UX team and Product Manager. This individual is a self-starter; with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities without being provided explicit direction. Strong presentation skills, analytic skills, and a passion for improving consumer experiences using technology are essential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members Partners with scrum master’s and development manager in supporting Scrum Framework Shares and decomposes features into non-technical user stories during story refinement with scrum team Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs Recognized voice of the client and product to the team Works closely with Product Manager to represent capabilities and features at team level Complete story mapping for relevant workflows that pertain to the product roadmap Ensures traceability between requirements to acceptance criteria in user stories Review of test cases against user stories acceptance criteria and traceability to requirements Periodically re-prioritize the backlog based on customer feedback, market changes, and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager Formally accepts the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demonstrated Provides inputs to product management on the product gaps, improvement areas, and customer pain points on in development projects Participate in defect review meetings Participate in idea review meetings
