As a team, we collaborate globally to reach our ultimate goal—helping people.    We’re searching for a Macedonia-based Product Owner to join our Product Management team, so that we can effectively deliver market-leading healthcare software solutions. The Product Owner will define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring customer needs are met and business objectives are achieved. How you’ll spend your time Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Teams, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure quality. Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement. Manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest-value items. Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders effectively. What kind of things we’re most interested in you having Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the software development industry. Proven success in delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. In-depth knowledge of building and maintaining strong customer relationships across all levels of an organization. Strong spoken and written English skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A knack for working collaboratively within a team environment. Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety.
