In this role you will support Sachcontrol once of Solera entities focusing on the property segment.

The Role:

We are looking for a Product Owner to take direct ownership of Property Claims Solution functionalities whether a targeted solution or a key functionality that will serve all our solutions.

The role will involve working with the complete entity organizations as well as with Solera Product and customer teams in multiple location and time zones. Some international travel may be required.

 

What You’ll do:

- Work closely with the development team to refine and groom Jira Story tickets

- Maintain a helthy backlog of Jira tickets

- Plan sprints, and together with development team lead ensure that they get compleated on time

- Ensure we follow the product roadmap in your area,

- Analyzing and documenting requirements, product guides, release notes (facilitating requirement workshops, requirement prioritization, creation of epics and user stories, and user interface designs and prototypes), including workflow and integration points when relevant,

- Be a key contributor to in4mo release planning activities,

- Collaborate with the development team during the design and specification phase of the project, ensuring that the team understand how the new /improved functionality should work in the context of the full solution, how it should be tested, including backlog management, grooming sessions, story point estimation…

- Work with the rest of the organization to support Sales efforts and prepare for launch,

In addition, you are expected to

- Gain an in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases

- Contribute to the development of a compelling product vision that guides the company toward a bright future,

- Contribute to the company’s Product process development and related tools implementation,

- Feed any relevant learnings from your projects into our Product processes and future projects,

  

What You’ll Bring:

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills, experience, and attitude:

- A proven track record of successfully managing complex technical products as a Product Owner from requirement to deployment to customers,

- Ability to relate any intiative to the bigger picture and be our true customer champion,

- The will and ability to become our product expert,

- Technical web applications and languages awareness (HTML, CSS, XML, API, javascript),

- Keen interest in technology and how it can use to practically solve customer pain points,

- Good technical understanding of how Saas Solution work and how they can grow,

- The ability to get things done through other part of the organization irrespective of reporting lines,

- A superior attention to detail combined with a big picture mindset,

- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks and Atlassian tools

- Relevant education and/or relevant experience (5+ years).

- Passion to solve customers and internal stakeholders pain points through practical new ideas,

- Ability to relate any intiative to the bigger picture and be our true customer champion,

- Experience in innovation management from ideation, prioritization, prototyping to validation,

- Experience in project management from their creation to their successful conclusion,

- Good technical understanding of how Saas Solution work and how they can grow,

- The will and ability to become an expert on Solera Property Claims overall solution,

- Strong problem-solving skills, going beyond symptoms to search for the root causes of any roadblocks encountered and proposing innovativre solutions,

- Good business and commercial sense and the ability to build constructive and long-lasting relationships with Customers, Partners and in4mo teams alike,

- Keen interest in Data Analytics with knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent,

You are

- Curious, a quick learner, resourceful and able to drive multiple activities in parallel,

- Great at collaborating with others and always adopting a constructive mindset,

- Brilliant at communicating complex ideas in such a way that they are easily understood by all stakeholders,

- Fluent (spoken and written) in English is compulsory, knowing of other languages can be an avantage but is not essential
