R&D Global Unit Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a technical expert for a specific product or system or its components. Each day, you will act as the primary contact in Research and Development (R&D) for (market-facing) Product Management and will support them on product-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by driving the technical direction of development (e.g. acting as product owner in an agile team) and by organizing product maintenance.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore .You will be mainly accountable for:•\tAct as the primary liaison between Product Management and the development team, ensuring the seamless articulation and implementation of the product vision.•\tAnalyze system requirements, translating them into clear Epics, Features, and User Stories for agile development teams.•\tOwn and manage the team backlog, prioritizing tasks, scheduling sprints, and defining acceptance criteria to ensure smooth progress.Collaborate with the Product Manager, Release Owner, Architect, and other key stakeholders to deliver successful product releases.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\t10+ years of experience in development, research, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment , 6-8 years of experience in Web Technology.\tProven experience as a Product Owner or a comparable position in software development.\tProven experience in C#, .Net Core, ASP. Net Web API, Web Sockets, Angular, React JS.\tStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experi-ence with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.\tProficiency in Azure DevOps and familiarity with cybersecurity standards like IEC62443.\tExpertise in advanced technologies, including IIoT, Cloud, Edge Computing, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
