Our client is a global e-commerce platform renowned for its dynamic online marketplace that connects millions of buyers and sellers worldwide. They are seeking a skilled Product Owner with proven experience in managing and owning products within the contact center domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contact center technologies and operations, and a track record of successfully delivering solutions that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $41.00 - $48.50 / hr. w2
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Requirements Gathering and Analysis** : Gather and define requirements for contact center solutions, perform in-depth analysis to identify business and functional needs, and create and maintain documentation to support development and QA processes.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Interact with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, define product vision and strategy, and prioritize features.
+ **Design and Development** : Document business process flows, create wireframes and prototypes, and develop detailed technical specifications. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain business rules and configurations.
+ **Technical Expertise and Support** : Serve as the point of contact for technical issues, troubleshoot based on existing configurations, and convey technology solutions to the business in a non-technical manner.
+ **Testing and Release Management** : Lead QA/UAT efforts, write test cases, perform end-to-end testing, manage sprints, and handle release management tasks.
+ **Continuous Improvement and Communication** : Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product trends to identify opportunities, and maintain strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Adapt to changing priorities with a focus on customer success.
**Experience Requirements:**
+ **Professional Experience** : Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, **particularly in the Contact Center domain and technologies** .
+ **Technical and Analytical Skills** : Proficiency in CRM applications, Contact Center technologies (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Qualtrics, NICE), JIRA, Agile methodology, Confluence, Excel, SQL, and experience with SaaS platforms.
+ **Project Management and Communication** : Strong skills in technical project management, prioritization, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions.
+ **Visualization and Organizational Understanding** : Strong visualization skills for data narratives, and a proven understanding of high-performing organizations with release cycles.
**Education Requirements:**
**Educational Experience** : Bachelor’s degree in Management or IT
