Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Product Owner to lead the redesign of a Downtown Toronto bank's .ca public site, focusing on growth and sales outcomes. This includes optimizing SEO, supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with design agencies and internal stakeholders. The POs role is to navigate stakeholder relationships, understand feedback and timelines, and drive the project forward smoothly. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand their feedback and timelines, and ensure their needs are met. Project Scope: Oversee the .ca redesign, focusing on SEO optimization, supporting marketing campaigns, and working with design agencies and internal resources. Phases of Redesign: Information architecture is completed, now executing roadmap. Execute clear process for agency and creative feedback. Engage in stakeholder meetings and design sessions. Focus on front-end development and ensure the site is polished and presentable. Support Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital platform campaigns and create campaign pages. SEO Optimization: Work with the internal SEO lead to optimize the site for search engines. Development Work: Integrate development work into the outcome team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Skills and Requirements Experience: 3-5 years as a Product Owner, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and relationship building. Experience in an agile environment, working with development teams. Professional experience with user stories, development releases, and executing defined roadmaps. Project Management tools: Jira, and Miro. Strong understanding of design best practices, including design systems and CMS (e.g., Figma). Proficiency in Google Analytics SEO execution experience. Banking experience.
