Product Owner
Description 1. ERP System Ownership: o Serve as the primary Product Owner for both NetSuite and IGIS (legacy custom ERP), ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business goals. o Manage the product lifecycle for ERP systems, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and coordinating system updates or enhancements. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements. o Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. 3. Internal IT and Development Team Collaboration: o Partner closely with internal IT and development teams to design, develop, and implement ERP system enhancements. o Work with developers to refine technical requirements, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features. o Facilitate regular sprint planning and reviews to track progress and address challenges collaboratively. 4. Backlog Management: o Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog for ERP development, prioritizing work based on business impact, urgency, and dependencies. o Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements by coordinating with development teams and vendors. 5. System Optimization: o Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and automate processes to improve efficiency. o Oversee regular updates, patches, and testing for ERP systems to ensure system reliability and security. 6. Data Integrity and Reporting: o Ensure data integrity across both ERP platforms and establish standards for data governance. o Collaborate with business teams to develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities. 7. Migration Support: o Provide strategic input and operational support for the migration efforts to NetSuite, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. o Participate in planning and execution of migration activities, including data migration, process mapping, testing, and training. 8. Training and Documentation: o Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems. o Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes. 9. Issue Resolution: o Manage and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed. o Monitor and track system performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential problems. Skills erp, Agile, Agile methodology, netsuite erp Top Skills Details erp,Agile Additional Skills & Qualifications o 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing ERP systems. o Hands-on experience with NetSuite and familiarity with legacy ERP solutions, preferably custom-built systems. o Proven track record of managing ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions is highly desirable. o Experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors, preferred. o Certification in Agile Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM), preferred. o Familiarity with data migration tools and processes, preferred. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $68.00/hr.
