The Pod Owner is the mini-ceo of the digital product, service, or capability that the digital product team builds and owns. The product owner will create, shape and own the digital vision and roadmap, prioritizing for agent and customer impact and business value to deliver Chubb’s product and coverage solutions digitally. Main responsibilities includes managing stakeholder expectations, leading the product to success through representing the voice of the customer, defining and prioritizing Team efforts; collaborating with Team members, including the development team and Agile Practitioner  to develop, design, build and launch the product while also interfacing with other Team Owners across different digital transformation domains to ensure overall alignment.
