As a Product Owner, you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and continuous improvement of technical products, ensuring alignment with both the business product and Technology Roadmaps. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value and meet market demands. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in presenting our products to external clients, gathering their feedback, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction. 

Hours: Full-time position, Monday – Friday with standard working hours

Location: Dublin and Letterkenny, Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities

 Product Management: Manage the entire tech product lifecycle from design through launch and beyond Develop and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business/customer requirements and business goals Work with tech teams, business users, and business partners to understand requirements Write user stories and acceptance criteria Manage feature and user story backlog (groom features and user stories, prioritize features and user stories) Lead daily stand-up meeting Lead SCRUM agile ceremonies for the team (story and feature acceptance, sprint planning, progress tracking, sprint retrospective) Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the Technology team and business stakeholders Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders at regular intervals Support client demos and engagement efforts to showcase product capabilities, address client needs, and foster strong relationships Agile and Process Improvement: Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the tech product team Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into product development Oversee the resolution of technical and customer-facing issues Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases to ensure functionality, performance, and alignment with business requirements Post-Deployment Support and Customer Success: Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including deployment, post-live support, and operational support Lead Customer Support, Operations, and Services post-deployment and go-live Design, lead, and execute a best-in-class onboarding strategy to ensure customer success and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with Product management, preferably in a technical field Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, data analyst, business SMEs and agile engineering teams Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions Understanding of software development processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience collaborating with external clients, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful solutions that meet their needs and drive business success Skilled in developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, strengthen brand identity, and foster client loyalty Ability to define and deliver product roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, presenting and interpersonal skills
