Product Owner

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with business partners to get the business priorities, planning and management conversations 2. Works with stakeholders continuously on decision making in the product line 3. Conduct product requirements discovery and analysis 4. Monitors the efficacy and correctness of the requirements management process. 5. Continuously evaluates the quality of requirements. 6. Ensures traceability is implemented. 7. Takes corrective actions or escalates as needed. 8.Contributes to the continuous improvement of the requirements management process. 9.Quickly learns customers, industry, and Product. 10.can decomposes high-level business and user requirements to the appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements. . Required Experience: + Minimum 5 years of successfully developing complex requirements. + Customer facing experience. + Experience in Agile/Scrum + Experience in closely work with Product managers and defining product roadmaps. + Detail oriented , Analytical, and inquisitive. + Ability to work independently and with others. + Extremely organized with strong time management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Knowledge in insurance domain is preferred. + Knowledge about Aha, Azure Devops.
