Product Owner - AR VR AI (REMOTE)
Main Product Owner Responsibilities (35% Commitment)
Collaborate closely with development teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and
effective communication.
Organize and lead periodic review meetings to track progress and address any issues.
Create and maintain project boards and backlogs using project management tools such as Jira
and Jira Align to ensure clear visibility and prioritization of tasks.
Define and prioritize features and requirements for upcoming releases.
Identify and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Plan and execute project releases in collaboration with development and validation teams.
Adjust and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications based on ongoing
feedback and project needs.
Engage with prospective stakeholders to secure necessary funding and support for projects.
Draft and coordinate release communications, working with communication teams to ensure
timely and effective dissemination of information.
Prepare and present demonstration content, highlighting the latest features and updates in
project releases.
Gather and analyze metrics to evaluate project performance and inform future planning.
Main DL/Technical Responsibilities (25% Commitment)
Provide technical support and answer questions related to product and supporting systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for users.
Maintain and update user information and access permissions based on team changes.
Coordinate with development teams to manage and process new data and content.
Manage the decommissioning of outdated sites and systems in collaboration with
development teams.
Train new users and stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge
and skills.
Create and edit video tours and other multimedia content to support project goals and
stakeholder engagement.
Business Analyst (40%)
Help define use cases for AI projects related to training, content generation, predictive
analytics, and process automation.
Create compelling presentations that outline business value in alignment with strategic goals,
ensuring stakeholders understand the potential impact and ROI.
Support Product Owners (PO) and Project Managers (PM) with requirement gathering,
conducting workshops, and scoping to ensure clear and actionable project plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical
requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and
opportunities for AI applications, providing insights to drive innovation and strategic decision making.
