We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Owner - ASP CMB COO OFFSHORE TEAM - CH.

Principal responsibilities

Define, own and drive the delivery of the detailed requirements backlog, working closely with Business, Operations, Technology and other working group members.Working with IT partners closely to design the end-to-end product working model and align the product roadmap to Business, IT and Operation priorities.Ensure operational and technical readiness for all changes, by working closely with IT, operations team and vendors to perform training, end-user documentation, and manage operations and release management activities.Develop test cases/ scenarios for product release, ensuing the execution and documentation of the results.Collect and analyses relevant data, as needed, to assess the impact of change initiatives, measure progress, and enable business to make informed decisions.Monitor product performance and provide detailed performance metrics reports to stakeholders.Engage with risk stewards and drive the approval process for product governance to ensure the alignments with business, regulatory, compliance and internal standard.Demonstrate clear ability to challenge existing processes and practices where they do not align to the GPS Target Operating model and payments architecture (FSA).Support developing marketing materials, campaign design, conduct market research in close collaboration with regional and country product teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Ability to make sound decisions and drive solutions based on those decisions, with the support of the wider team (IT / architecture / operations / lines of business).Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of problems and generate effective solutions. Alongside this, adaptability is key, as Strategic Business Change s must be able to pivot quickly in response to new information or changing circumstances, ensuring that the change process remains on track despite obstacles.Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to take a complex message and articulate in a manner that is clear for stakeholders to understand and action.Excellent stakeholder management across a complex global environment.
