As a DSLM Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will manage Software backlog using VersionOne for multiple mission systems, assist the Software team to meet Sprint goals, and interact and collaborate with government customers, stakeholders, and DSLM internal functional areas. Stay engaged with the progress of each Sprint and keep your team engaged and empowered while being decisive and knowledgeable. Each system may have different government customers, therefore being highly organized and self-motivated is required. Must be able to speak publicly at formal meetings giving status and participate in technical discussions about your systems and collaborate with your government representatives to set priorities, report metrics and meet system and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:

Ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously while managing team goals, backlog, schedules, and reportingSupporting proposal development, including defining estimates, risks and assumptions; upon proposal award, manage software effort in coordination with the project managerEnsuring your efforts meet all contractual obligations and timelines


Qualifications Required:

Bachelors Degree and 4 + years of experience or combination.Experience performing Agile Scrum Software Development Methodology - Product Owner experienceBusiness Analyst experience - specifically for software projectsBusiness writing skillsSoftware development lifecycleSoftware Requirements ManagementStrong team playerMust demonstrate ability to apply analytical, interpretive, evaluative, constructive, and creative thinking skills in variable situations and be an innovative problem solverStrong customer focus while maintaining the integrity of the contract

Qualifications Desired:

Experience with proposal writingExperience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders - SCN experience is a plusExperience using the following COTS tools: VersionOne, GitHub, SharePointExperience initiating and leading process improvement effortsExperience with MS Project and running multiple releases/supporting multiple projects at one time

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
