Job Description:
In global Consumer Care we are deploying new infrastructures, provide global governance and cross division support to all functions at global, regional and market level. We manage and ensure the governance, deployment and execution of the whole digital ecosystem for Consumer Care as well as the integration with other parts of the business and deployment of new services across all channels. We need a program manager to coordinate, track, follow up and drive for execution on plans of each new project related to our global growth at scale of Consumer Care.
What are we looking for?Education & Professional Qualifications:
University degree level required
Project Management related training & certification would be a plus
Certifications:
ITIL Certification: Demonstrated understanding and application of ITIL principles and practices, including service lifecycle management, service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement
Or
PRINCE2 or Agile Methodologies: Knowledge and practical experience with PRINCE2 or Agile project management frameworks, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, as well as iterative development and continuous improvement
Experience and Mindset:
Expertise in project/program management
Entrepreneurial spirit
Digital savvy
Language:
English (written/spoken) is a must
Change Management:
Proven experience in managing and implementing change within an organization
Focus on minimizing disruption and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems
Technical Proficiency:
At least a minimum understanding of technical terms and IT deployment processes
Impact Analysis:
Ability to analyze the impact of changes on business operations
Correlate these changes to the interests of various stakeholders
Future-Proof Design:
Responsible for designing and implementing future-proof capabilities that ensure the long-term sustainability and adaptability of our systems and processes
What will be your key responsibilities?Manage the different demands for new services from other functions and funnel into the Care workstream to track and ensure from roadmap to execution
• Manage the future deployment at scale of new services in the Consumer Care space, through the digital growth transformation framework
• Centralize all tasks, actions, updates with KPI and Insights to share with the required audience and steering committees on each project
• Ensure Care operations are sustained in each activated market with follow up, flagging potential opportunities for improvement and optimization, be force of proposition to drive change where needed
• Travelling to meetings could be required punctually and depending on sanitary situation
