Product Owner - Conversational AI Tribe

The Conversational AI Tribe consists of a global young team of experts located in Munich (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), and operational sites in Trivandrum and Pune (India). We have a Squad-based structure, you will be part of the Development Squad.  

 

As the Product Owner of the CAI Development Squad, you will drive the development of the Conversational AI voice and chat solutions. You will: 

Play the Product Owner role accordingly to Scrum;  Lead the product development as a Product Manager;  know the customers/market and have a will to succeed like an entrepreneur.

You Will 

Serve our customers/stakeholders by suggesting innovative solutions and delivering great products. Build a collaborative relationship, involving them in design and delivery processes.  Be the “product president”. Shape the product vision and the value proposition (with management). Align technology feasibility, customer needs and business goals.  Dream and think out-of-the-box; still, be rooted and make big-ideas real by a realistic strategy.  Grant a meaningful and clear Product Backlog. Gather and specify requirements and product characteristics, autonomously or collaborating with the stakeholders and Developers.  Inspire the team to create features that will delight customers. Maximize the value created by the team, while keeping a sustainable peace and a great motivation.  Know about the market, its players and the competitive landscape (providers, technologies, other products, trends, etc.).   Have a start-up mindset. Use lean-agile processes to test, validate and iterate on the product based on customer feedback and data.  Improve our product/service culture, making it more customer centric, moving to a product-based mindset and focusing on delivering outcomes.  Highly communicative and collaborative. Able to nicely and effectively interact with Developers, business units, customers and end-users.  

 

Your Skills

Trained in Scrum and as a Product Owner. Owning a basic certification(e.g.: PSPO, CSPO). Ideally, owning an advanced certification (e.g.: A-CSPO, PSPO II).  Sound professional experience in leading cross functional teams or software, infrastructure or operations architecture design.  First experience in implementation projects and/or products in the Conversational AI area and/or Contact Center environments.  Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.  Excellent subject matter expertise: Clear product vision and its value proposition for customers and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of the CAI market, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.  Excellent command of verbal and written English. German and/or Spanish are a plus.  University degree. E.g.: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics.
