Product Owner - Diagnostics and infrastructure

Job Mission

As a product owner you are driving the work of the performance diagnostics team that develops and improves performance diagnostics tools, algorithms and dashboards to increase the performance of the Source laser system.

Your challenge is to deliver a stable and reliable product while making its usability and accuracy at a high level.

In collaboration with other disciplines and with input from CS and EF, you are responsible to increase the ability of the performance diagnostics and explore new techniques in the data science domain to get more insights out of the field data.

Job Description

As an Product Owner, you will lead a scrum team to deliver performance diagnostics solutions for the ASML Source Laser ecosystem.

Key deliverables contain:

End2end ownership of team deliverables

Balances ASML priorities at team level: program deliverables, architecture, factory and field feedback

Creates long term plan including estimate to completion for the team and aligns it with Solution Owners

Manages team deliverables, risks, dependencies (in- and outside the ART), x-sector deliverables, stakeholders and escalations

Manages triple constraint

Communicates and sets the priorities of the team backlog and ensure the scrum team understands why it is important for ASML

Cooperates with the Scrum Master to drive the team towards results and identify team improvements

Teams up with other Product Owners to align on priorities of the Agile Release Train (ART) and team backlog

Prepares the team backlog for the upcoming sprints and ensures it is properly prioritized

Facilitates the evaluation and acceptance of the sprint deliverables and chairs sprint demos

Collaborates with the Chief Product Owner to understand priorities for the next Program Increment (PI), prepares the team backlog for PI planning and breaks down the larger deliverables into smaller work packages

Ensures that backlog items have requirements, acceptance criteria and ensures that the team understands them

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in one of the following:

Electrical Engineering

Mechatronics

Optics/Physics

Computer Sciences

Mathematics

Experience

5+ year of relevant experience in a multi-disciplined team related to design and development of complex systems

ASML D&E way of working and product generation process knowledge and ADM experience is a strong advantage

Context of the position

The EUV Source Laser D&E Fleet Performance group is part of the EUV (Extreme Ultra Violet) Business Line in ASML. Its challenge is to make the field data of the Source Laser systems accessible for the D&E colleagues and develop and maintain algorithms to translate the field data into information to support decision making and optimization of the performance of the field systems.

The holder of this position reports to the Group Leader of the Fleet performance group which is part of the Source Laser department
