Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Owner to champion key capabilities within the technology portfolio of our Digital Sales & Services Technology team (e.g., Field Service, Installed Base Management, Customer Portal). This pivotal role involves defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their assigned digital service portfolio capabilities.
The Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, information technology, engineering, and marketing to deliver exceptional digital service experiences that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital service capabilities.
+ Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business value.
+ Work directly with our development team and participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, providing clear direction and acceptance criteria for the development team.
+ Collaborate closely with design, information technology, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
+ Ensure product development aligns with overall business goals and strategic objectives for digital service offerings.
+ Collaborate closely with technology teams in engineering, marketing and IT to align on global roadmaps and leverage work provided by other teams.
+ Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs within the digital services landscape.
+ Drive continuous product discovery and validation through user research, experimentation, and feedback loops.
+ Analyze product performance data and identify areas for optimization and growth of the digital service capability.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and go-to-market strategies for new features and digital service releases.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on digital services or related technology products.
+ Proven track record of successfully defining and launching digital products or capabilities in an agile environment.
+ Extensive experience working in agile environments, particularly SCRUM, and a solid understanding of agile principles.
+ Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, user stories, and effectively translating business needs into actionable requirements.
+ Familiarity with digital service technologies, platforms, and market trends within relevant industries.
+ Proficiency with product backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Willingness to travel about 10%-15% of the time, mostly EMEIA.
