Digital Product Owner (Director) Field Next Best Action (NBA) works in a worldwide team accountable for the definition, design, evolution, delivery, and ongoing operation of the products and services supporting field colleagues related to commercial and scientific activities. This includes the CRM, Events, Transparency, and other supporting commercial applications as part of the overall technology ecosystem including sales force excellence, customer engagement, R&D, and field medical affairs.
In the role of Product Owner Field NBA, he/she delivers the proper field NBA product, using a deep understanding of business processes and field NBA technologies, to help business stakeholders globally achieve their desired outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
Accountable for the development, communication, and execution of global Field NBA product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with global and local business partners and other functional and product teams
Lead the agile product team (POD) and external vendor(s) to deliver the product. Define user stories and agile iterations. Build and prioritize the backlog, and manage the dependencies with other PODs and Product Owners
Ensure that application architecture decisions are consistent between functions, align to enterprise architecture, and leverage opportunities for common approaches. Implement and follow appropriate governance procedures to ensure compliant and efficient computing environments
Execute ongoing activities for enhancement requirements gathering and review for continuous product evolutions
Co-lead the organizational change management with business partners, and ensure excellent adoption of the product
Continuously improve the way of working within POD and with other partners
Ensure that the product meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Ensure service delivery performance according to targets (SLA, OLA)

Field & Marketing and Medical Product Line Leaders, Product Owners, Architects
Digital Product Owners and other colleagues in other areas (CRM, Omnichannel Marketing, Data, OneAI, Technology, etc.)
Global Program/Project Leadership
Global and Market Level Business Process Owner Teams (not limited to Commercial/Medical/Sample/Events)
About You
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or other relevant fields
Veeva CRM System Administrator or Associated White Belt Certification is required
Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and data-driven mindset
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Fluent in English
Minimum Experience & Knowledge Required
Demonstrated capabilities and achievements to develop global strategy and roadmap, align with all key stakeholders, and drive successful large-scale CRM global deployment in Top 10 global pharma companies
Excellent understanding of in-person and digital customer engagement processes in pharma
Hands-on skills in Veeva CRM and pharma data, and good knowledge on Artificial intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning
Proven experience in leading the successful global Next Best Action implementations in field sales area using internal or commercial solutions from Aktana, Axtria, IQVIA, or ZS, etc.
Minimal 5 years of managing the solution center/product team to deliver the Digital services and product, including the budget management, team management, resources planning, and change management
Strong understanding and experience in Agile methodology and techniques. 3+ years actively involved in an Agile/Scrum environment. Comfortable utilizing Jira, Confluence
Ability to develop and maintain healthy working relationships with global business partners, senior business and IT leadership, colleagues, consultants, and vendors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalate information throughout a matrix organization
Experience in running global RFPs and complex contract negotiation
