Roles and Responsibilities
 

5-14+ years of Experience in IT Development Interfaces, Automation concepts and SupportStrong in MIS and Presenting to all levels from C to A across organization5-10 years in Production Support8+ years in Service Management, preferably ITIL Certified2-5 years hands on experience of Event Management in Service Now and or similar tooling/interfaces2-5+ years in Event Management tooling, practices and processes, best practices and technologies preferably ServiceNow and Dynatrace3+ years of Product Management Experience.Should have minimum Bachelor’s DegreeShould have demonstrated experience in designing and re-engineering interfaces and processes to meet organizational goals and improve efficiencyShould have hands on working Experience with global operating modelsShould have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of industry best practices and standards
