Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced and user centric Product owner to join our team dedicated to advancing our SSO product capabilities. As a Product owner, you will be a key contributor to the development and optimization of our Digital Identity management product. Your technical acumen, motivation, and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in the design and deployment of solutions that streamline user registration & self-service, profile management, Identity & authentication and single sign-on across Petcare digital ecosystems

What are we looking for?Proven experience as a product owner, including requirements gathering, documentation, use of prioritization frameworks and stakeholder management.Previous experience working on projects involving the development or enhancement of Customer Identity and Access management platforms such as OKTA, Auth0 or Forgerock.Creating & prioritizing a product backlogProficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including product requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.Fast learner and comfortable coping with changeExperience in business analysis including identifying user needs and developing business cases ensuring it aligns with business objectives

What will be your key responsibilities?Defining product vision, epics, features based on consolidated needs.  Creating, maintaining and communicating a product roadmap for Identity management to support the growth of the Petcare Business.Acting as a liaison between business units, the development and deployment teams, you will skillfully translate business requirements into product requirements for the development team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Assisting in the identification your product meets both business and technical requirements. Creating, maintaining and clearly communicating Product backlog items that aligns with the product vision and goals. Continuously refining it based on feedback and changing business needs. Collaborating with business stakeholders to prioritize features, functionalities, and enhancements based on business value and impact will be a key aspect of your contribution. Your participation in regular meetings, status updates, and project planning sessions will keep all stakeholders well-informed of progress and potential issues.Writing user stories, documenting process flows to guide our development team in building a robust Identity management product.
