About This Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for students local to Salt Lake City to gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting. It’s an ideal fit for someone pursuing a career in Communications or Business. You will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with stakeholders involved in Customer Care projects to provide valuable real-world experience. Work closely with each Product Owner on the team, gaining continuous insights into the role of a Product Owner. Receive specialized training on the Software Development process and understand where Product Management fits in. Responsibilities Have regular, bi-weekly meetings with a stakeholder (software team) group Communicate/Refine stakeholder requests by Writing scope in Jira Creating any mockups or visual documentation Meet with the software team weekly to discuss ongoing work and introduce new work Meet with developers ad hoc to clarify work in progress Qualifications Interns are required to work 20 hours per week (flexible M-F schedule) year-round. 3.0 GPA and above Students entering their junior year through graduate school are eligible Students enrolled at a college near Salt Lake City, Utah are preferred.
