The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Owner. The Sr Product Owner will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of software products that align with the organization's strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between the product's vision and its execution by creating a detailed backlog of user stories, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define features, and ensure successful product delivery. This role will be a critical technical liaison between the 3 manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess experience in seamlessly integrating solutions across various sites.
What You Will Do
Develop a concept of operations on how the product should function and define specific product featuresProduct backlog management: create Product definitions, features and capabilities based on customer requirements, define the product backlog and create actionable user stories for the development teamsDesign products with a focus on cost-effectiveness and rapid time-to-market across different sectorsProduct delivery: Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and act as the voice of the customer within the development teamDevelop product launch plans and marketing strategiesMonitor product adoption and usage metricsGather customer feedback and usage metrics and monitor product’s performance KPIsResponsible for Product’s documentationExpected to Travel 25% of the time.What You Will Learn

Typically requires a bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)8+ years relevant professional experience4 years of experience with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory technologiesExperience in bridging the gap between a product's vision and its successful delivery across multiple businesses while working with cross-functional teams.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
