This role focuses on enhancing player engagement, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities: Lead the development of real-time chat features to enhance player interaction. Work with engineering teams to optimize chat services, integrating APIs and messaging protocols. Define and prioritize chat-related features, such as message delivery, user engagement tools, and moderation controls. Ensure the chat system complies with security, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards. Analyze chat usage data and engagement metrics to improve user experience. Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams to align on product vision. Conduct market research to stay competitive and implement best practices. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development. Strong background in chat or messaging platforms and real-time communication tools. Experience with APIs, system integrations, and chat technologies (WebSockets, XMPP, etc.). Knowledge of chat moderation, anti-spam measures, and responsible gaming practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills: Experience with chat analytics, chatbot communication, and sentiment analysis. Familiarity with gamification and retention strategies through chat. Understanding of multilingual chat support and compliance for global markets.
