Responsibilities Make an impact Lead the technical planning and management of the product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment from start to finish Work alongside Development and Product Managers to design and implement technical concepts that meet new feature requirements in product development projects Drive standardization across products and components, collaborating with other Product Owners to align efforts Responsible for problem-free processes from sales to customer service from a product point of view - Overall Process Develop a deep understanding of the product, market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights and support to both internal and external stakeholders Support the Product Manager by providing technical specifications for outbound activities, including product launches, promotions, sales and marketing content, and technical sales support Application Requirements What you need to succeed A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automatization, or a related field 3-5 years of experience as a senior engineer, preferably within intralogistics A multidisciplinary understanding of mechanics, electronics, and software Proven experience in product development Ideally, you have market knowledge in light goods storage, experience with product standardization  Strong proficiency in both German and English Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices
