as Technical Product Owner at our Production/MES - Application and implement innovative projects and concepts for our production at ZEISS Vision Carean integral part of our intercultural and international team and continuously work on the further development of our forward-looking innovation projectsAs a Technical Product Owner, you will assume the technical & process-related responsibility for our applications used by our factories worldwidework with their agile software development team, business partners, and software architects to develop viable solutionsUnderstand business requirements, translate them into technical requirements and challenge the status quo to consciously improve our applicationsDefine user stories in coordination with the business and prepare them for developmentDevelop robust and flexible global application and control the technical product backlog of applicationsRoute development projects on the development side

Your profile

a degree in (business) computer science or another degree program with a focus on information technologymin. 3 years professional experience as a product owner or as an IT project managerExpertise in software programming with Java, Docker, Microservice and hybrid cloudUnderstand and experience in using agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM) and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)Experiences in modeling IT processes and describing user storiesStrong communication skills and enjoyment of working in agile, self-organized and dynamic teamsExperience with hybrid cloud microservice architectures and the specification of complex IT systems as well as work in heterogeneous system landscapesa high level of responsibility, good understanding and a high willingness to learnFluent in spoken and written English
