About this opportunity:
In PM Solution Area SW Flow we are responsible for developing product data management systems for all of Ericsson’s SW development. Our vision is to make essential product information is instantly accessible, enabling developers to make data-driven decisions and equipping teams with the insights they need to code, build, and deploy with confidence. Our Product Data Management systems aims to make this vision a reality. Which dependencies are impacting this release? Which components need further security review? How can we streamline compliance without compromising quality? Which APIs rely on specific components?
This role serves as the overall Product Owner (PO) for all tooling developed within the SA. This role ensures the effective planning, prioritization, and development of solutions, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, users, and development teams to deliver value.
What you will do:
The responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish governance frameworks.
o Engage with users to understand requirements and support onboarding activities.
• Backlog and Roadmap Management:
o Analyse incoming feature requests and refine the backlog to align with user needs and strategic priorities.
o Prioritize and plan feature development in collaboration with the Product Owner team.
o Maintain and update the feature roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with the overall strategy.
• Governance and Coordination:
o Chair the System Review Board to guide decision-making and ensure alignment across teams.
o Host bi-monthly Product Backlog Review meetings to evaluate progress and plan upcoming priorities.
• Planning and Execution:
o Represent the Product Owner team during sprint planning sessions.
o Participate in system demos to validate feature delivery and gather feedback.
o Perform opportunity analyses to identify and evaluate potential enhancements or innovations.
• Communication and Documentation:
o Keep sprint plans and roadmap updates current on SharePoint and other relevant platforms.

This role requires a skilled and proactive individual capable of representing our solutions in various strategic, operational, and community contexts.
Key skills include ability to:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Ericsson to ensure the adoption and optimization of our enablers in alignment with company goals
• Act as the primary representative for the SA solutions in Product Owner meetings and communities.
• Represent the tooling aspect in different onboarding community, advocating for its capabilities and ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Deliver high-level and detailed presentations and demonstrations of the SA tooling and its surrounding processes, tailored to the audience's needs and based on the individual’s expertise.
You are
• Experienced in modern SW development deployed in cloud for multitenant consumption as a service
• Interested in how to create efficiencies in the e2e development effort
• Experienced in/able to quickly learn how Ericsson development teams work and how to help them become efficient
