Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various process and product owners to manage and/or own product roadmaps for all FAS CoE Applications Partner with process owners and tech team to support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution Partner with GFO teams to gather, prioritize and channelize automation requests to the right team Create and manage a prioritization framework to be leveraged for FAS product backlogs and automation requests Lead project management activities for all FAS CoE initiatives (eg. User access governance, new capabilities creation, Cloud migration etc.) Centrally manage and track Risk and Assurance activities for Financial Accounting & Close Partner with AET, Product/ Process Owners on Platform Health issue management and any upgrades (eg. patching, new versions etc.) Define, collect and report on metrics that are clear and concise and able to articulate the impact of decisions
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in FinTech space with prior experience in product ownership and/or PMO roles Understanding of American Express business, financial accounting, reporting and results consolidation process. Project Management skills to lead GFO projects and contribute to Enterprise projects. Understanding / aptitude for Technology architecture and Data flows in Accounting, Reconciliation, Automation, Reporting. Enterprise mindset with strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders including Finance, AET etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to create impactful relationships with key stakeholders Excellent Communication Skills; Verbal, Written.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
