Product Owner (ServiceNow)
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner (ServiceNow) in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities: * Product Owner (ServiceNow) will collaborate with Manager and other stakeholders to define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the ServiceNow platform * Support and improve agile processes by assisting with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization to meet critical milestones and deliverables * Write and refine user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are defined and aligned with stakeholder needs * Partner with the team to break down work into actionable tasks and manage sprint execution, ensuring alignment with approach * Collaborate with the agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions * Work closely with the CMDB team to ensure a comprehensive inventory of hardware and software, supporting patching processes and infrastructure management * As a Product Owner (ServiceNow), you will ensure readiness for major deliverables, such as the migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow, and assist in knowledge base article preparation and milestones leading into May * Serve as the key liaison for prioritization across ITSM, CSM, and other modules within the ServiceNow platform * Provide guidance and support to the team in the absence of a release lead or tester
