The Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within a Digital Customer Technology team. The PO is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. PO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the solution. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.
Your Impact
You will represent customer needs and serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development cycle for Warranty, Supplier Recovery and Product Integrity Business You will balance stakeholder perspectives and take responsibility for proactive communication of the product roadmap You will act as a knowledge broker to resolve blockers and take ownership of planning and writing user stories You will lead Backlog Grooming sessions to decompose, estimate and refine stories with other product teams You will participate in the preparation and presentation of product demos and launches
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Query Knowledge and experience in Salesforce integration (system/data) with external systems is an added advantage Knowledge of business process re-engineering, system development lifecycles and program/project management Profound knowledge in agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, SAFe Excellent analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking skills

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
