See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:** Position Overview: As part of the talented Navico Group Product Compliance & Regulatory team, you will support global product performance and compliance for the Navico Group. This role involves supporting the Product Performance & Compliance Leader in the development of the Product Performance department, ensuring product safety and integrity, and implementing best practices across the division. This role will also support compliance actions, collaborate with various teams, all while navigating a rapidly growing environment. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Support the Product Performance Committee (PPC) to address product safety and integrity issues. + Track progress of product safety/integrity issues and ensure compliance with relevant requirements. + Executes programs and processes of the PPC Leader to manage compliant cases brought to regulatory authorities and partners in continuous improvement initiatives + Promote Brunswick's safety and integrity philosophies. + Provide expertise on product compliance requirements and identify compliance risks. + Oversee day-to-day product compliance actions for Navico Group. + Serve as the subject matter expert for customer requests related to product compliance. + Collaborate with the enterprise compliance team to leverage tools and expertise **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. + 2+ years' experience in a technical role; preferably in product safety, quality, and/or compliance roles. + Awareness of global compliance landscape including product/manufacturing certifications. + Demonstrated ability to identify issues and communicate their impacts. + Fluency in MS Office and technically driven + Knowledge of product quality and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: + Ability to drive collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams. + Effective presentation skills to respond to stakeholder questions. + Success in navigating change and driving improvement in organizations. + Positive attitude, flexible demeanor, and passion for service excellence. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. + The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. + The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). + Working hours will vary to support global organization + The position may require occasional day and/or overnight domestic and international travel by auto or airplane, up to 10% of the time The anticipated pay range for this position is $61,400 – $98,600 _,_ annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
