About The Team:

The Hub Solutions team is looking for a Program Portfolio Manager to streamline communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including leadership and commercialization teams. This role will manage an intake process for requests affecting multiple stakeholder groups, facilitate the execution of initiatives, and ensure alignment with the Product Roadmap through effective use of Jira.

What You'll Do:  

As a Portfolio Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:Plan and facilitate collaborative meetings with stakeholders supporting the Hub Solutions team.Act as a liaison between the Hub Solutions team and other product suites to ensure awareness and alignment on overlapping initiatives.Manage and improve current state documentation of the suite via Confluence.Project Management and Execution:Oversee the development and execution of project and product plans for initiatives in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap.Utilize Jira to manage the Hub Solutions Project, ensuring the product team updates and keeps work-in-progress current.Facilitate project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.Conduct project meetings and ensure project deliverables are met.Process Improvement and Guidance:Create, manage, and refine an intake process for the Hub Solution Product suite.Provide project management guidance and recommend actions for problem analysis and resolution.Work with product managers, operations, and analytics to operationalize new capabilities and provide feedback loops.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, account management, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to influence, evaluate, and prioritize needs across the Hub Solution Product suite.Share industry expertise and competitive insights with the suite to assist product managers in their planning. - Collaborate with product marketing and commercialization training on necessary updates and brand planning. –Performance Evaluation:Work with product managers, operations, and analytics to establish criteria for evaluating the impact of initiatives using factors such as revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Skills You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree required;Healthcare background preferred, or equivalent experience.Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.Excellent attention to detail and ability to direct strategy.Clear communication skills in both written and verbal forms.Client-facing experience preferred.Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

Highly proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft PowerPoint.General knowledge of product management and agile workflow.Self-motivated and able to work independently

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$106,100 - $176,900
