Please Note: This is a hybrid role and will require three days in the office per week. You must reside within driving distance of our corporate office in Costa Mesa CA.

We have an opening for a Product-Program Management Analyst. The Product Analyst will be responsible for the overall development and management of assigned insurance product and programs. This includes monitoring and evaluating profitability, retention, and growth performance and communicating directly to Product Managers and other Management the progress against targeted goals.  Additionally, the Product Analyst will be responsible for representing Insurance Product Management for their assigned markets and products as part of upcoming Guidewire conversion project(s), which will include attending cross-functional meetings and maintaining detailed documentation of insurance products, processes and of progress towards Product Management objectives.

What You’ll Do:

You will provide leadership, direction, and integration of multiple project activities across functional groups/divisions, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

You’ll make recommendations and implement changes to attain Club’s goals and objectives.  

You will guide people and impact results within and outside of the organization.

You’ll perform complex analysis designed to analyze and monitor the competitive landscape, product/program performance and identify opportunities. 

You will prepare reports on findings and recommendations for the Executives. 

You’ll play a key role in representing Product Management in Guidewire Conversion Projects.

What You’ll Need:

Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, and computer science).  

Product knowledge of California Insurance Products is required.

Prior analytical experience in program management, finance, insurance or another related area required.  

Prior product management, product development or related experience preferred.  

Minimum of two years of prior experience in one or more key insurance operations, such as Actuarial, Claims, Insurance Sales, Insurance Service or Underwriting strongly preferred.  

Requires ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data.  

Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans required. 

Advanced ability required in defining and leading implementation of new processes.  

Requires advanced ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.  

Knowledge of AAA products and operations highly desired. 

Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau and SQL knowledge is critical. 

Knowledge of P&C insurance products required.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$78,200.00 - $104,100.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
