About the Role
Formulate and execute campaign strategies for business penetration in bank and broker channels.Join AIA for a unique opportunity to make global impact. As a Marketing team member, shape AIA's product strategy in Hong Kong to achieve our goal of positively influencing a billion lives by 2030.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective campaign strategies to reach various market segments, ensuring improved efficiency across business channels.
Drive discussions on new or enhanced product and campaign solutions to increase partner engagement, expand channels, and improve insurance penetration.
Work with the PD sales team to build tailored product propositions, sales tools, and segment stories for different partners and segments.
Oversee the end-to-end campaign development process, including drafting user requirements, conducting UAT testing, preparing materials, and reviewing final outputs.
Work closely with internal functions (actuarial, operations, marketing, IT, etc.) to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of product launches.
Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor actions, and product and marketing offers to support decision-making.
Offer ad hoc support on various projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring they are implemented to world-class standards.
RequirementsDegree holder, preferably major in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics / related field
Minimum 8 years on business development and sales management in insurance or banking industry, experience in bancassurance sales is an added advantage
In-depth understanding of insurance product knowledge.
Strong business insight combined with exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities.
Shown team management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
Effective time management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
