In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervise incoming inspections, non-destructive examinations, and final QC checks using measurement tools like CMM and 3D scanners. Plan and align quality control activities with overall objectives and ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration. Monitor calibration of measuring instruments and assist in drafting and analyzing non-conformities. Contribute to drafting QC procedures and support continuous process improvement efforts. Follow up on non-conformities, implement improvement actions, and propose solutions for recurring issues. Analyze team needs, create action plans, and ensure consistency in work instructions, procedures, and checklists. Develop and manage a training program, including document preparation, skills matrices, and training needs assessments. Anticipate future training requirements based on workload and production forecasts.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Technical diploma with strong mechanical competence or equivalent experience. Experience in a technical role and industrial environment. Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Fluency in French and English language is essential.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in the valve industry or similar industrial products. Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
