Descripción general del equipo y responsabilidades laborales

 

Reportando al Gerente de QHSE, el Coordinador de Calidad Productiva es responsable de establecer, implementar y mantener el Control de calidad y los procedimientos a lo largo de las diversas etapas de fabricación para asegurar un producto terminado con la más alta calidad posible.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

Desarrollar y mantener sistemas efectivos para lograr los objetivos de calidad de la Planta y la Compañía.Dirigir y liderar a los asociados de control de calidad para que realicen de manera efectiva el muestreo, las pruebas y los informes de datos de calidad requeridos.Establecer un sistema de calibración y mantenimiento de equipos de medición e instrumentos de calibre para garantizar la "exactitud" y confiabilidad de todos los instrumentos aplicables, dispositivos de medición, equipos de prueba, etc. durante todo el proceso de fabricación, así como en el Laboratorio.Identificar tendencias de calidad adversas como lo demuestra el análisis estadístico y ayudar al personal de ingeniería de procesos y/o fabricación en el desarrollo de acciones correctivas y preventivas.Investigar, evaluar y reportar el producto devuelto por los clientes, asegurando una acción correctiva completa a través del Sistema Diamond.Trabajar con el personal de la planta para seleccionar las técnicas de mejora de procesos más apropiadas.Asesorar en la resolución de problemas.Gestionar eficazmente las relaciones interfuncionales con otros departamentos para respaldar el uso eficaz de la mano de obra y los materiales para lograr el nivel deseado de calidad del producto.

Ingeniero/a Industrial o similarInglés avanzadoOrientado a resultados con capacidad demostrada trabajando en un entorno de fabricación de alto rendimiento.Experiencia comprobada en gestión de aseguramiento de la calidad.Atención a los detalles, con la capacidad de manejar el panorama general.Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas complejas y lidiar fácilmente con la presión diaria.Capacidad para motivar, comunicar e impulsar la mejora continua.Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.Sólidas habilidades de planificación, liderazgo y administración.Capacidad demostrada para instalar y mantener equipos de prueba electrónicos.Debe ser capaz de motivar, comunicar e impulsar la mejora continua.Energía alta; demuestra urgencia y ritmo rápido.Buena comprensión de los principios y prácticas comerciales; puede gestionar eficazmente la función de calidad con un resultado final impulsado por el cliente.

 

Calificaciones preferidas:

 

Pensador crítico, con excelentes habilidades analíticas. El conocimiento/experiencia en instrumentos eléctricos/electrónicos y en pruebas es una ventaja.

 

 

 

Team overview and job responsibilities

 

Accountable to the QHSE Manager, the Product Quality Coordinator is responsible to establish, implement, direct, and maintain Quality Assurance and procedures throughout the various stages of manufacturing to assure a finished product with the highest quality possible. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Develop and maintain effective systems to achieve Plant and Company quality objectives.Direct and lead Quality Assurance associates to effectively perform required sampling, testing, and reporting of quality data.Establish measurement equipment and gage instrument maintenance and calibration system to ensure “accuracy” and reliability of all applicable instruments, measuring devices, testing equipment, etc. throughout the manufacturing process, as well as in the Laboratory.Identify adverse quality trends as evidenced by statistical analysis and assists process engineering and/or manufacturing personnel in the development of corrective and preventive actions.Investigate, evaluate, and report returned product from customers, ensuring complete corrective action through the Diamond System.Work with the plant staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.Mentor problem solving.Effectively manage cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower and materials to achieve the desired level of product quality.

Qualifications:

Industrial Engineer or similarAdvanced EnglishResults driven with demonstrated ability working in a high-performance manufacturing environment.Proven experience in quality assurance management.Attention to details, with the ability to manage the big picture.Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks and deal easily with pressure on a daily basis.Ability to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement.Good written and oral communication skills.Solid planning, leadership, and administrative skills.Demonstrated ability to install and maintain electronic test equipment.Must be able to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement.High energy; demonstrates urgency and fast pace.Good understanding of business principles and practices; can effectively manage the quality function with a customer driven bottom line result.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Critical thinker, with excellent analytical abilities.  Electrical/electronic gage and testing knowledge/experience is a plus.
