The Product Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the quality, integrity, and consistency of sophisticated printed cards, packaging, and game products. Collaborates consistently alongside Product Engineering, R&D, Brand/Marketing, Suppliers, and Hasbro Far East offices in support of multiple and varying-complexity product lines from concepting stage, through production, and after production to ensure our products meet all standards and objectives.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field. Previous experience in print production, quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment. Solid understanding of quality management systems and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), relevant to the industry. Experience in chemical safety testing requirements and CPSC regulations. Global regulatory labeling experience. Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions. Strong communication skills, able to work well with diverse teams and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical collaborators. Attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of the job. Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt may be advantageous.
Compensation Range (USD)
Starting: $93,500
Ending: $120,000
