Join DuPont Electronics & Industrial Lithography Business where innovation meets quality. We are looking for a passionate Product Quality Engineer to help us maintain and improve our high quality, sustainable processes for advanced spin on coatings used in microlithographic applications.

As a Product Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with DuPont members and customers to ensure our products and raw materials meet stringent quality standards. Your work will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure our products and raw material meet established quality specification.

Conduct incoming and outgoing QC testing

Develop and implement root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.

Respond to out of control and out of specification situations, ensuring effective resolution.

Report and manage OCAP (Out of control action plan) for raw materials and products.

Conduct internal quality audit

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a a related field

3+ years of experience in the chemical or industrial manufacturing industry

Strong problem solving skills using methodologies such as QC 7 tools, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.

Basic statistical knowledge and data analysis skills experience with JMP or similar tools is a plus.

Experience with materials used in semiconductor fabrication

Proficiency in Korean and English both written and spoken
