Product Quality Manager for Technologically Advanced Medical Devices, Global Quality
**Are you ready to contribute to the medical device industry? We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to oversee quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept, via development to market. This role is instrumental in ensuring our innovative hearing instruments and accessories meet the highest quality standards and customer’s expectations.** **The team you will be part of** You will be part of a team of working with product quality and you will report to Head of Development Quality Anders Angelhag. Your daily work will be with your team, development teams and your internal and external stakeholders. As our new Product Quality Manager, you will represent Product Quality in development programs and projects reporting to program and project managers. **Your contribution is appreciated, and you will** + Represent product quality in development projects and report to the Program and Project Manager + Define and manage the product quality plan, including identification of quality risks, quality activities, and product quality KPIs + Facilitate DFMEA or other structured quality methods in development projects to identify and prevent early failure modes + Promote prevention and quick response to quality issues and risks + Assess quality maturity and report to program and project managers and other key stakeholders + Plan and manage initial post launch market quality feedback programs + Ensure a closed feedback loop from market to development **To do well in the role, we imagine that you** + have highly analytical skill, and are pragmatic in your approach + have experience from R&D and quality, from line management, project management, product quality engineer/manager, verification lead or similar + are highly organized, collaborative and reflective in your efforts + have a good understanding of the relevant R&D disciplines and systems (HW and SW) + have proficiency in structured quality methods (DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, DOE). + have good communication and stakeholder management skills. + are proficient in English, both written and oral **We encourage you to apply** Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we will receive your application if you think you have transferrable skills.
