Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs – 50hrs/fortnight.
• The shift times required to work will be spread between 8:00am to 9:30pm, Monday – Sunday.
• Thursday & Friday night availability is required, and 3/4 weekend availability is required every month. Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As a Product Recovery & Quality Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
· Present IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.
· Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging them back into a saleable condition.
· Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
· Support the quality work in the store to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products.
· Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
· Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that cultivates a strong understanding of product recovery, quality and compliance processes.

• A safety mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting.
