The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, calls, cases, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask. **Job Description:** + Handle inbound calls and cases, addressing customer inquiries, or requests + Provide support to our Distributor Network + Assisting with creating, reviewing, and updating standard work documentation + Provide customers with their warranty information + Provide accurate information regarding our products, and company policies. + Document customer interactions in our database and maintain up-to-date records + Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. + Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics. + Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary + Follow call scripts and processes while adapting to each customer's needs + Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance. + Collaborate with colleagues and departments to provide solutions to customer problems **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma OR GED + 2+ years of experience in a call center OR customer service role **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficiency in relevant software and tools (ServiceBench and Salesforce Preferred) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations RSRCAR \#LI-hybrid **Pay Range:** $41,500 - $72,625 Annually **_Carrier is An Equal_** **_Opportunity/Affirmative_** **_Action Employer.
