Product Sales Consultant 

As a Product Sales Consultant, you will connect with current clients to educate them on FreshBooks’ Bookkeeping, Tax, and Payroll, and Select plan offerings to help in the growth of their successful businesses. You are a Sales professional who has a consultative approach to uncovering and understanding challenges to create efficient solutions leveraging FreshBooks applications.

NOTE: This role is hybrid and the team meets in person in the office up to twice per week in the downtown core of Toronto.

What You'll Do as a Product Sales Consultant 

Create, manage, and close your lead funnel to meet individual assigned quotas Manage a sales desk of 40+ dials a day Act as a consultant and expert for current customers who need assistance with bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and streamlining their online payments processes with our Select plan to scale their business Have a strong understanding of best practices for bookkeeping, payment processing, financial reporting, as well as key tax information and deadlines Process and maintain inbound leads generated from FreshBooks marketing efforts, business development and other lead sources Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing  Manage your business effectively within our CRM with consistent SFDC hygiene

What You'll Bring to the Role

2+ years of previous B2B or B2C sales experience preferably in in a SaaS environment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas Ability to attend up to two monthly in-person meetings in the Greater Toronto Area Ability to act as a consultant and conduct online presentations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why FreshBooks?
