Product Sales Manager - Encoders
Job DescriptionMission

Renishaw is a world leader company in Metrology and the design and manufacture of precision measurement equipment and healthcare systems. We are looking to expand our operation in Turkey by recruitment for the following position.

The purpose of the Product Sales Manager - Encoders role is to manage sales & marketing support of current Renishaw Encoder Products range.

Main Responsibilities

Working on Encoder project for various customer types and applications, key duties are:

Manage sales and marketing development of product range in Turkey and possibly new territories

Assessment of customer requirements and suitability for use of Renishaw Encoder products

Supporting technical assessments & benchmarks as required

Technically support existing customer sales

Provide customer training of both hardware and software usage

Regular contact with the Encoder Product division in United Kingdom for technical and sales assistance

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of work experience in related work

Higher level qualification (degree or equivalent in an Engineering or applied Science discipline from a reputable university)

Experience in industrial automation applications with different communication protocols preferably where Encoder’s are used

Excellent spoken and written English language skills

A full driving licence with a clean record

Willing to travel within Turkey and abroad

For male candidates, completed military service

Desirable requirements

Project Management experience

OEM sales and management skills

Experience of using a CRM system

Person specification

Self-starter, able to manage and prioritise own workload

Excellent problem-solving skills required to define metrology requirements and strategy

Highly organised individual able to prioritise and manage multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines
