Fillauer is seeking a Product Sales Specialist who will be responsible for increasing revenues and providing product support for the Mid-South Territory (TX, OK, KS, AR, LA, MS and AL).  This position will be responsible for sales growth with existing customers as well as the development of new business opportunities in the region. The ideal candidate will be energetic with superb interpersonal skills and have a passion for the Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) Profession.

Your Impact Analyze sales reports and develop strategy to maintain, develop and grow sales in the Mid-South Territory. Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Provide product support and education to practitioners, distributors, and other allied health professionals within the assigned territory. Visit customers within territory to build/maintain relationships, assess needs and present suitable products. Communicate regularly with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and keep them updated on new offerings. Participation/attendance at various O&P trade shows. Provide suggestions and feedback on products, services and resources to internal departments including marketing, customer service, engineering, and manufacturing, to improve the customer experience. Stay up to date on laws and policies that dictate ethical and legal practices in the field. Become a valuable and helpful resource to customers and partners and create a friendly reputation in the O&P profession. Position may require up to 75% overnight/domestic travel: weekend travel may be required for trade shows or special events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field.Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.  Additional Success Factors Orthotic and Prosthetic experience highly preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Must work well in team environment. Must have strong organizational skills and time management skills. Requires proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Pay range of $65,000-$85,000 + commission + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
