We do challenge work on a global scale, and are invested in growing our associates’ careers.What You'll Be DoingExpert in all Hematology product lines, first point of contact for customers and Sales Force on technical matters, as Product Sales Specialist, in partnership with sales agents or autonomously, you will promote actions in field with the goal to accomplish Technical Sales of reagents, instrument, automation systems, for our Hematology and Urine products lines.Candidates must have an advanced Hematology knowledge, that will be proved through a specific interview with a specialist.Your main responsibilities… + Sales Support for deep technical/scientific topics for Hematology, to help customers and overcome their objections + Support profitable sales growth in the local market for the assigned customers + Perform demonstrations of Beckman’s instrumentation/reagents in field and/or at BEC site (only on Stand-Alone Instruments), promoting continuous knowledge growth about our systems + Plan and execute customers meetings to discuss complex technical matters to create and finalize tender solutions + Build strong relationships with customers finalized to become their trusted consultant + Customers follow-up visits to verify the general status of installed instrumentation and enforce customer trust and loyalty + Ensure the commercial effectiveness of customers visits sharing with Sales & Service Force all relevant info collected + For each region, establish Sales Force’s product knowledge gaps and solve them + Cooperate in data collection on competitors and market needs, to improve market positioning and penetration + Point of contact for analytics matters in partnership with Customer Care department + Run Business Review What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us + University´s degree in Biology, Biotechnology or similar with previous experience in an Application/Product Specialist role OR as Researcher/Lab Technician/ Volunteer in a University Hospital laboratory + Sounded knowledge of Hematology.
