In the BCSS Core Network Engineering – Security Engineering, we are responsible for the full spectrum of security across the entire business area, including driving security into products and services that will be used by across the globe, and interwoven into their daily lives. We are now looking for someone who can help us ensure that the networks of the future are protected from Cyber Attacks, resilient enough to survive disasters and use the latest security technologies. The candidate should be someone who enjoys a challenge, is willing to learn new things and loves working in a team. Ideally she/he will have a passion for technology and some knowledge of cyber security, cloud environment and the ability to see how their actions can impact the bigger picture. This position will be based in the France R&D Center, but work closely with the BDGS Security Center, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

In this position, you will

 

Drive the design of standardized test specifications  for security features for the needed security features. Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess,  define and  maintain the common security test cases  applicable to telecom products.Track and monitor the results of the security tests, ensuring compliance. Provide detailed reports including proof of execution  to be shared with executive teams and/or end customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to  analyze business security requirements for product security testing and propose suitable AI-driven (LLM, RL…) solutions.Design and develop proactive, adaptative security testing tools  leveraging AI. Tools should generate customized security test cases  integrated into CI/CD development pipeline for telco  products to ensure a more agile approach  to test security features.Work closely with product teams to ensure continuous enhancements of the security test cases and tools.Be up to date with all urgent security vulnerabilities, the security technologies, efficient AI algorithms and testing strategies.Work closely with operations and development teams to ensure security testing with cost efficiency.

 

To be successful in the role you should have:

 

Master’s degree in Computer science, cybersecurity.Proven experience in security testing, pentests.Experience with AL/ML- algorithms ( LLM, RL) and statistics.Experience working on DevOps workflow Experience with containerization /  orchestration ( docker, k8S).Ability to drive studies, develop controls for product testing, drive and coach continuous improvements.Knowledge about lean and agile principles, methods and ways of working.Good knowledge about the Ericsson portfolio. What products do we have and where does it belong in the solutions and organization.Excel in adapting and responding to change. You are a self starter, persistent and curious.Formal certifications in security are not required, but are a plus. You will be supported in achieving these as part of your personal development. Proficiency in English, French is a plus.
