Product Senior Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Lead the definition of and ensure the development of whole solutions. Define new offerings/capabilities; provides documented customer requirements to R&D, Services, alliance/partner management teams, and other solution delivery organizations; and project manage overall solution readiness. Manage the technology partners and alliances required to deliver a complete solution. Drive the day-today management of a solution to achieve business objectives. Assess delivery capabilities; respond to customer requirements and competitive activities; make lifecycle pricing adjustments; and provide feedback to R&D and sales, operations and other organizations.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week,

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (any) or Computer Science plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role. 

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Product development role for B2B SaaS software product that were released to commercial marketSCRUM, AGILE SDLC and other equivalent software development methodology.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Ownership of the Product Requirement Specifications Description (PRD) and process for a product feature areaBusiness Case development for product roadmap, development, market introduction and licensing rampsFinancial Analysis for revenue models for pre-release B2B SaaS solution with go-to-market planning activities  Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technology integration into product feature developmentMarket analysis for either existing SaaS solution and new B2B product that was released to marketFeature team management for an engineering and product group with supervisory accountability
